Joe Thomas MBE G.I.Fire.E., M.C.I.P.D., C.F.E.I., C.F.I. (Ex-Divisional Officer Grade One, Merseyside Fire Brigade) retired as the Enterprise Manager at The Fire Service College. He was responsible for the design, provision and delivery to the client's specification of all The College's industrial and commercial training in practical firefighting and fire safety. He has over twenty-eight years service in Liverpool and Merseyside Metropolitan Fire Brigades. He spent nine years in senior ranks at
their training school covering the roles of instructor, Senior Instructor, Deputy Commandant and also Deputy Commander of all brigade training.

Thus, clients can achieve cost effective training by maximising the number of delegates on each course subject only to the safe size of the room. Certificates can be provided to attendees of fire safety training courses.
